                            <p>De tre fredede 1700-tals palæer i Frederiksstaden, er tegnet af henholdsvis Niels Eigtved, Joseph Guione og Lauritz de Thurah, og blev oprindeligt opført til herskabsboliger. Palæerne har siden fungeret som kongelig fødselsstiftelse, og siden som kontorlokaler.<br />
Ved en kompleks transformation tilbageføres palæerne nu til en række smukke og moderne boliger. Transformationen sker i samarbejde med Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen, med respekt for palæernes oprindelige arkitektur.<br />
Bygherre er en investergruppe bestående af Pensam, Seguro Management og Lotus Equity Group LLC.<br />
Jeg udfylder rollen som bygherres repræsentant, som sparringspartner og kontakt mellem bygherre og byggesagens øvrige parter.</p>
